I, the participant(s), herein acknowledges that he/she has requested to participate in Quinte Conservation’s (“QC”) "Walking in the Woods" event. By participating in this event, checking this box and submitting this form, the participant releases the members, officers, officials, employees, agents, servants, volunteers, and contractors of Quinte Conservation from any liability, including any injuries or damages suffered by the participant while on QC property or in the course of the "Walking in the Woods" event. The participant acknowledges that by participating in the "Walking in the Woods" event, Quinte Conservation assumes no liability or risk to the participant. The participant further agrees to follow all policies, procedures, and instructions as set out by the assigned Quinte Conservation representative. The participant understands that if they do not adhere to these requirements, they will not be able to participate in the program.
