If you notice an activity being carried out in an area that may be regulated by Quinte Conservation and believe that no permit was issued, please fill out the following form and one of our officers will review your entry.

Please be advised, due to an extremely high volume of complaints, anonymous reports will not be investigated. If you would like to file a report but wish to remain anonymous, consider contacting Crime Stoppers Ontario, (1-800-222-TIPS).
